This unit has beautiful hardwood floors, lots of windows, 12 foot ceilings. We pay gas heat and cover all other utilities including internet and electric.

There is a faux fireplace, gas heat, gas cooking and a queen bed. This is a ground floor unit. The neighborhood is very nice and our parking is paved and well lit.
